“金属移印UV油墨”详细介绍
概述：一、基本色：
黑色、白色光、红色光、黄色、、、、等24原色及调色
☆各色可相互混合調色，並可加入熒光油墨調節基本色。
適用範圍：
1) 可用於真空电镀、水电镀、强化电镀、塑胶电镀、金属电镀、五金电镀、五金和玻璃、金屬、陶瓷、布料、木製品等基材的印刷；
2) 印刷方式：絲印、轉印、移印、噴塗等；
3) 其產品有夜光門牌、夜光路標、夜光貼紙、夜光藝術畫等。
四、注意事項：
1) 儲存於陰涼、乾燥、避光和密封的條件下；
2) 避免與水接觸；避免與金屬接觸；避免與高溫高速摩擦；
3) 無毒環保，對人體無害，符合ROHS、SGS、歐盟玩具認證EN71等安全玩具和食品包裝標準。
使用方法： 1、使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时封闭； 2、搅拌时加开油水10-15%，稀释到印刷粘度； 3、网板塞网时可用洗网水清洗； 4、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。 注意事项： 1、塑胶材料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需试印确定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 2、在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可; 3、环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量； 4、根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗环境下存放。 [oleser vacuum plating printing ink series]
